Since General Virtual Service is diverse and may use multiple tactics, tools, and objectives, we only hire talents with the relevant skill set and expertise, making it easier for you to onboard them with your systems and company goals.

To keep track of the Virtual Assistants in our program, we use a productivity tool called Time Doctor. On top of that, our VAs are overseen by a dedicated Team Lead who monitors attendance, downtime, and screen captures for their shift. This includes all tasks as well as all tools and applications required to complete the task.

We help you determine whether you require a Part-Time or Full-Time VA by completing the tasks you discussed with us during the discovery call. Aside from the tasks, we consider the outcome you want your VA to provide. Some tasks may necessitate extensive research and planning, but their completion may only take a few hours—for instance, social media content creation and digital marketing.

Of course! The first three days of working with your VA will be a working interview. These days will be your litmus test to see if they can complete all of the tasks you have assigned to them.

 

We also highly encourage all of our clients to perform a series of activities, sample tasks, and deal with situations that will test our Virtual Assistants’ abilities to guarantee the best pairing!
